Our Process

First Consultation

Upon contact we will arrange to meet with you (at your home or in our showroom) to discuss your requirements whether it be a renovation or reviewing plans for a new home.

Drawings & Pricing

Kitchen Designers, Manufacturers, Installers NZWe will provide 3D renders and 2D working drawings for you to review and at this time discuss suggestions for materials and finishes. We recommend the best quality hardware, however, we are happy to work within your budget.

Once you’re happy with your design and product choices we will present pricing options for you to review which will typically include cabinetry, hardware, installation and benchtop details along with our terms and conditions of sale.

Once the initial deposit has been paid we will arrange a final site inspection. At this time we can confirm an approximate timeframe for installation along with recommendations for tradespeople who will need to be involved in the process.

Manufacture and Installation

Kitchen Designers, Manufacturers, Installers NZOnce your kitchen has been constructed and set-up in the factory we will invite you for a viewing, following this we will send a progress invoice of which is due prior to installation.

Once payment has been received we will confirm installation date and will be carried out by our skilled in-house installer. Depending on the size and complexity of the kitchen it may take a few days to install.

As soon as the kitchen is installed the benchtop will be templated and this can take up to 10 working days to be manufactured and installed.

The average lead-time for kitchen manufacture is approximately 4 – 6 weeks, however, this is dependent on the complexity of the kitchen.

Final Inspection

A final job check will take place to ensure you are fully satisfied and a final invoice of 10% will be due for payment.
